An LED gateway to a world of luxury

Anyone walking into this splendid building on the busy Gran Vía passes through a gateway of light created by TALEXXengine STARK QLE LED modules. Around one thousand of square LED modules illuminate the fronts of the counters in the reception and bar area. LCAI ECO converters offer atmospheric dimming.

LCI TALEXX LED converters control the LED ceiling lighting in the public areas. Ballasts in the PCA series in combination with motion sensors controbute to energy savings from the fluorescent lamps in the staff areas.

Transparent power consumption

Because floor space in the building is leased out, the operator Comar attaches great importance to transparency in electricity costs. An evaluation function built into the winDIM@net lighting control system from Tridonic enables each tenant to be billed for the precise amount of energy used.
