Hugo Rohner
Chief Executive Officer
Hugo Rohner took over the position of Tridonic CEO in May 2020. The internationally experienced manager was previously the CEO of the Skidata Group in Salzburg. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Master’s degree in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools and International Companies (CEMS). From his leading positions in international companies in the IT and service sectors, he brings in expertise in areas such as digitalisation and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Alexander Stieger
Chief Financial Officer
Alexander Stieger has been responsible for the finances and all related topics since August 2021. He has extensive international experience in the finances of the Zumtobel Group and Tridonic. He started his career in investment banking as an equity research analyst. In 2010, he joined the Zumtobel Group in the Investor Relations and Strategy department. Three years later he moved to Tridonic as a Controller and took over the management of strategic projects, especially in M&A. From 2016 he headed Corporate Controlling and for several years was the Finance Director of Tridonic Jennersdorf. Alexander Stieger studied International Business Administration and holds a degree from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck.

Alexander Jankovsky
Chief Operating Officer
Alexander Jankovsky has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT and supply chain management. He joined the Tridonic management team in 2013 after having held various positions at Tridonic since 1997. First joining as an SAP Process Consultant, he moved on to Supply Chain Manager and leading positions in the global supply chain management team. In 2012 he became Director Global Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. He is responsible for Tridonic’s Global Supply Chain. Alexander Jankovsky holds a degree in Information Technology & Business Sciences from the University of Liechtenstein.

Christoph Zimmermann
Senior Vice President Global Sales
In his role as Senior Vice President, Christoph Zimmermann is responsible for implementing the company’s global sales strategy. Thanks to his extensive sales experience as well as his many years of service for Tridonic in various roles, he knows our customers’ requirements. Christoph Zimmermann began in 1995 in the Technical Sales Service department at Electro Terminal. Between 1997 and 2003, he built up Tridonic sales in Austria and then also in Eastern Europe to 2015. Christoph’s vast sales experience allowed him to restructure Tridonic sales in Northern Europe before he took on the role of Global Key Account Management in 2018 in addition to his regional sales responsibilities.

Miro Ardan
Senior Vice President Global Purchasing
Miro Ardan joined Tridonic as Representative Head of Purchasing in 1994. From 1994 to 2014, he held various leading positions in Tridonic’s purchasing department, including Head of Operative Supply Management, Global Strategic Purchasing Manager and Global Purchasing Director. In 2014, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President Global Purchasing for the entire Zumtobel Group, with responsibility for all procurement processes. He retains this position of responsibility, driving all purchasing activities at Tridonic and leveraging his in-depth know-how to achieve a consistent purchasing strategy across the company.

Thomas Ender
Vice President Product Marketing
Thomas Ender has been responsible for Product Marketing since July 2021. He combines extensive international experience in the company with in-depth knowledge of the market. His previous role was Senior Director Global Key Account Management at Zumtobel, to which he was appointed in 2018. From 2007 to 2018, he held various positions at Tridonic in R&D and Sales. He started his career as an LED application engineer and moved to Key Account Management in 2011, taking over as head in 2016. Thomas Ender studied business administration and holds a degree from the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.

Antonio Andrea Romano
Vice President R&D
Antonio Andrea Romano has led the Tridonic Research & Development department since May 2020. With more than 20 years of experience in high-tech consumer industries and having worked in several locations around the globe, he is a manager with a proven international track record. Before joining Tridonic, Antonio Romano was Head of Project Management Office at the Zumtobel Group and later managed Global R&D at Zumtobel Services & Solutions. He has also held senior executive management positions in renowned companies, including Philips, Cavendish Kinetics and STMicroelectronics. He brings to Tridonic his profound IoT expertise and experience in connected systems, electronics and Software development. Antonio Andrea Romano holds a PhD in Physics and a degree in Microelectronics.

Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko
Senior Director Human Resources
Within her role as Senior Director Human Resources, Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko is responsible for all personnel matters. She joined Tridonic in 2001, having initially held various positions in the Global Supply Chain department. Whilst working for Tridonic, Sabine studied for her Bachelor and Master degrees and successfully obtained several Lean Six Sigma certifications. Following several high-level Compensation and Benefits roles in the Zumtobel Group’s personnel department, Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko returned to Tridonic in 2019 to take up the role as Senior Director Human Resources.

Philipp Heindl
Vice President Business Development
In his role as Vice President Business Development Tridonic, Philipp Heindl is identifying new business opportunities, building new business ideas and entering new areas of business with the overall goal of making Tridonic fit for the future in a fast-changing environment. Philipp Heindl holds degrees in International Business and Political Science from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and the University of Vienna. After his studies, his career took him to Moscow, Dubai and New York where he demonstrated his profound know-how in establishing corporate subsidiaries and building up business. Once back in Austria, he guided a start-up to an international presence before joining Tridonic in May 2022.
