Order processing maintenance 17 December 2021 to 2 January 2022
IT maintenance
We will be carrying out planned maintenance on our IT systems from 17 December to 2 January.

During this time our order processing systems will be unavailable and we will not be able to confirm any orders or provide any delivery documents. This will affect all points of contact and sales channels, including email, phone and the Tridonic eShop, which will also be undergoing maintenance.
We will still be accepting orders during this time however confirmations will be processed from 3 January 2022.
Our Sales team is on hand to answer all your questions and help you plan your orders up until 17 December (the latest possible order date before we begin maintenance).
