We all share the passion for light and lay great store by learning something new, supporting each other in the process. Our aim is to create sustainable value for our customers and to achieve sustainability also in our everyday dealings with our staff members. For us, this means being aware of the responsibility towards our employees and acting on it. The values that all of us go by are: Passion, Performance and Partnership!
 

 

What we offer

We offer our staff members more than just employment. Whether it be the Zumtobel Group company sports club, our regular Townhall Meetings with the CEO, first-day and going-away parties or after work parties. There are manifold opportunities for exchange with your colleagues and for extending your set of acquaintances. Being a globally oriented company, we consider it a matter of course to communicate with each other in different languages every day. In this context, we offer our white-collar and blue-collar staff opportunities to attend in-house or external language courses as well as for better networking beyond work.

Many of our employees regularly make use of great amenities offered to them within the Zumtobel Group as well as of campaigns to improve the employees’ health such as e-bikes or our fruit basket provided in the canteen; they are some of the elements that make a job at our company more than just employment. As a global company, we sell our products all over the world at sales locations in many regions of the world, in order to offer the best possible service to our customers. Currently, apart from the Dornbirn headquarters in Austria, we are operating three further production sites in Austria, Great Britain and China as well as 27 sales offices.
