Working and beyond: my first steps into Tridonic

Anyone who accepts a new challenge and arrives at a new place will usually have many questions regarding accommodation and living in the region. We will support you so that you will not only enjoy your new job at Tridonic, but also life outside work.

Our welcome brochure that you will receive on your first day will help you get along quickly and make use of the manifold offers and amenities within the Zumtobel Group. After a few weeks, you will participate in a welcome training event to learn more about the Zumtobel Group as a whole. In case of questions and suggestions, a mentor from the respective division as well as your local Human Resources Business Partner will be at your disposal at any time!

Apart from administrative support, we offer an opportunity to quickly extend your circle of acquaintances within the Zumtobel Group through the company sports club with many great sports facilities. Additionally, minor as well as quite big events and festivities are organised on repeated occasions that provide opportunities to get into contact with your colleagues outside work.
